With more than 21 years as an esthetician and 15 years at Pavo, she has built her career around creating personalized skincare experiences that support healthy, beautiful skin for the long term.
She specializes in brightening treatments, anti-aging facials, and scalp health, customizing every facial to meet each guest’s unique skin needs. Kelsey enjoys creating treatment plans that evolve over time, whether someone benefits from monthly corrective facials, quarterly maintenance, or simply a relaxing reset that supports overall skin health.
Every relationship begins with a thorough consultation. Kelsey takes time to understand each guest’s goals, lifestyle, and skincare routine before building a personalized treatment plan. She believes education is one of the most valuable services she provides, helping guests understand not only what treatments and products she recommends, but why they will benefit their skin.
Her greatest strengths are helping guests maintain healthy skin at home, addressing hyperpigmentation and signs of aging, and creating long-term plans that produce meaningful results. She believes trust and communication are the foundation of successful skincare and enjoys partnering with guests as their skin changes through different seasons of life.
Outside the spa, Kelsey enjoys upcycling vintage clothing, selling concert band tees, and exploring creative projects that allow her artistic side to shine.
