When did you start working at The Well
I started working at Pavo in August 2005. I had just graduated from Esthetic School in Nashville and had just moved to Memphis. Scot and Shawn took a chance on me as their first Esthetician. Fast Forward 15 years I became a business partner and we expanded the Spa and created The Well a boutique Medi Spa.
My hometown and places I have lived:
I grew up in a small town in Columbia, TN (fun fact, known as the Mule Capital of the world).
I moved to Memphis after high school to attend the University of Memphis where I received a Sociology Degree. I lived in Nashville for 5 years after graduating but missed Memphis and moved back to start my career.
I decided to become an esthetician because:
I decided to become an Esthetician because I always loved skincare and waxing. I remember waxing my brows at 14 years old! I wanted a career where I could help people and connect with them on a deeper level.
My favorite spa service:
I love a good Dermaplane!!!
Who is your dream client and why:
I love working with each and every client I have met over the 16+ years of doing this. One of my favorite parts of this profession is the relationships I have built over the years and the joy I get in helping someone love their skin.
My professional goal:
I have always dreamed of owning my own Spa. I have been fortunate enough to make my dream come true. I hope to continue to grow and create a relaxing environment where clients love to come, but also where people can work and grow in their careers.
What I want every client to know about me:
I love connecting with each client to help them have the skin of their dreams. I love educating them on the best products to use at home. I like to be with them every step of their skincare journey.
If you are not in the spa, where else can you be found:
I am a busy wife & mom of 3. I have a daughter and twin boys. When I am not working, I am running a carpool for all their activities. We love to travel and spend time together at the lake in the summer.
