When did you start working at Pavo:
January 2025.
My previous jobs:
I’ve worked in restaurants for years as a cook and a server, most recently for four years at Huey’s East.
My hometown and places I have lived:
I grew up outside Nashville and have lived in Memphis for almost a decade, with a brief stint in Cadillac, Michigan.
I decided to become a stylist because:
I received a traumatizing haircut, where many inches of my hair were chopped without my consent. I first sought to learn how to cut my own hair with a razor, and have since fallen in love with the industry. You don’t know until ya know, you know?
Who is your dream client and why:
Someone who comes in having an idea of what they want and wants to collaborate with me. Being given freedom is the highest compliment, but a Pinterest board always helps.
My professional goal is:
To continue to hone my craft and grow as a stylist, so I can offer my clients the hair of their dreams and a top-notch experience while we do it.
What I want every client to know about me:
Before I am a stylist, I am a human being, and this is a safe space. Come as you are!
If you aren’t at the salon, where else can you be found:
Outside exploring Overton Park with my dog and partner, rock climbing, moseying around in my garden, and sweating out my soul during hot yoga classes.
