From creating above-and-beyond guest experiences to building a team of kind, passionate artists, every decision at Pavo starts with the people in our chairs and the community around us.
The Well Spa, located within our Laurelwood space, is co-owned by Maria Miller alongside Scot and Shawn. The Well extends the Pavo experience into advanced skincare, offering results-driven treatments in a calm, elevated environment designed for both relaxation and visible results.
Pavo Salon is an Aveda salon in Memphis offering haircuts, color, styling, and extensions, alongside The Well Spa for advanced skincare and facial treatments.
